I was pleasantly surprised how nice Copeland Chevrolet is. I was greeted by Ben my salesman who was ready to go as I had arranged an appointment the day before. He immediately got me comfortable and offered snacks and refreshment which was excellent. Ben was quickly able to answer all my questions and get me out for a test drive which went well. After being satisfied with the truck and an agreed upon price quote we moved forward to the Business manager Joe who was on the ball and did a great job getting my application completed and sent in for approval. Shortly after I was approved and able to include any add-ons like tire and rim coverage. The next day I showed up the truck was ready to go with everything, how amazing. Ben gave me the full tour of how everything works and assisted me with getting hooked up to OnStar and familiarized with Sirius XM radio. It was really nice to get a couple bottles of water and snacks complimentary from the dealership. Finally I had the pleasure of getting a tour of the service department and personally met and spoke to the service manager Matt who is a highly skilled and likeable professional. Very nice waiting room for service with free WiFi and good vending machines. Thanks everyone at Copeland A++.

Two items. One is more GM related than the dealer. Disappointed that a proper replacement power steering unit could not be found for my 2016 Buick Lacrosse, however the dealer went beyond expectations to find one that would consistently perform. Second, dealer went out of their way to find me a suitable replacement vehicle and handled it efficiently and expediently.

Brought my Traverse in for a regular oil change. The service team did their usual thorough job and found two issues with the car, rear brakes and a milage triggered service. Without their diligence I might have suffered brake issues on the highway. They did the repairs and had me on my way within a few hours. Even with the change in ownership (Durand Chevrolet became part of the Copeland family) the same excellent service team remained. I will continue to use them for servicing my vehicles as I always have.
