They took the time to verify the problem and found the appropriate fix for it. Thankfully it was a programming problem that GM had already had a fix for. The corvette needed an oil change and it was easily arranged by April; who also contacted me the night before my appointment to remind me; thanks much April. The appointment was the usual pleasant experience; Jose quickly took my info and i waited for about 40 minutes; which gave me time to peruse the new showroom cars and enjoy a cup of coffee.
